HARVEST FESTIVAL – SUNDAY 22 OCTOBER 2017

HARVEST FESTIVAL AT 11am ON SUNDAY 22nd OCTOBER

We will be celebrating our Harvest Festival at 11.00 on Sunday 22nd October during our sung matins service. Everyone is welcome so do come and join us.
There will be a collection for Family Support Work, so please bring a donation of dry or tinned goods.

Stopham Festival – Sunday 3rd September

Archdeacon’s visit on Sunday 16th July

SUNDAY 16 JULY – 11am
This is a reminder that Archdeacon Fiona Windsor will be joining us on Sunday 16 July. She will preach and bless the new organ during our morning service of Holy Communion. Everyone is welcome and will be encouraged to sing loudly and cheerfully! Wine and canapés will be served in the church after the service, so please stay and enjoy our celebration.

Elgar in Sussex – A musical celebration

Our thanks go to all who organised and took part in this wonderful weekend of music commemorating Elgar’s stay in Stopham during the First World War. Everyone enjoyed it and our beautiful church was filled with glorious music at the special Evensong. We hope to welcome back the Elgar enthusiasts very soon.

We are delighted that Archdeacon Fiona Windsor will be joining us to bless the new organ during our morning service. It will be an opportunity for us to thank her for her help in facilitating the speedy installation of the new organ in time for our Christmas services last year.
